R.E.E.V.A.A.S. is Renewable Energy Electric Vehicles As A Service. We establish and operate Volt Mobility Co-Ops. REEVAAS is searching for employee partners that are passionate about electric vehicles, sustainability, and public service.

Volt Mobility Co-Ops may be independently owned and operated satellite Co-Ops. Co-Op membership is required for employment with REEVAAS and all rEEVAAS employees will be assigned a home Co-Op.

Vice President of People Power Job Description (Filled):
VP of People power be responsible for employee hiring, training, development, and retention. VP of People Power shall have a term appointment of 1 year and shall be responsible for implementation of company values & culture into every aspect of employee relations and benefits programs. The VP of People Power shall administer payroll, compensation plans, hiring and firing duties.
Vice President of Finance (Vacant):
The office of the VP of Treasury & Finance can be held by a single individual. If held by a single individual the office of the VP of treasury & finance shall have a term appointment of 2 years and shall be elected by common shareholders in annual elections once every two years. In the case where the board has opted to have one person take the position of VP of Treasury and another person take the board of director’s position of VP of Finance each position shall have a term limit of 1 year and is subject to annual popular election of shareholders and ratification by the board.
The VP of Finance is responsible for the overall duties of all financial operations & accounting of the company, and performs other duties as required by the Board.
The treasury operations are a subset of financial activities that include the buying, selling, trading, & investing of company stocks, and associated legal contracting for the company. Treasurer shall maintain capitalization table for REEVAAS and shall create shareholder accounts for each shareholder. The VP of Treasury also performs other duties as required by the Board.

Secretariat of The Board, VP of Surprise & Delight (Vacant):
The office of the Secretariat of the board shall have a term appointment of 2 years and shall be elected by common shareholders in annual elections once every two years.
The board Secretariat is responsible for creating, organizing and implementing company culture and is the executive in charge of customer service operations (Surprise & Delight program). In addition the office of the secretariat of the board shall be responsible for keeping meeting minutes for all board meetings, is the supervisor of shareholder elections, tabulates the voice vote of the board at all board meetings, is legal notary for the CEO, chairman, and vice presidents. Manages facilities for the board, appointments for the board, and coordinates & hosts annual engagements of the board at official shareholder functions.
Chief Executive Officer (Filled):
Position of the chief executive officer is for the day to day operations of the company and works closely with the VP of operations. The chairman and CEO need not be one person although they can be one in the same person that serves in both positions. The position of CEO is for a term of 1 year and is designated by the board.
Vice President of Business Development (Filled):
The position of vice president of business development is an elected position of common stockholders for a term of 1 year. The VP of Business Development is responsible to represent common stockholders of Co-Op owners for all activities of the board for the accomplishment of mission. The Vice President of Business Development will perform the actions of the Chairman of the board when so designated by the chairman in concurrence with the secretary and treasurer.

Vice President of Operations (Vacant):
In coordination with chairman, CEO, and Vice President of Business Development the VP of operations is the primary party responsible for supply chain management, technology choice, systems integrity, systems engineering, systems integration, logistics system development, training, maintenance & safety programs, and performs other duties as required by the Board. The primary job of VP of operations is delivery of operational excellence. The position of the office of the VP of operations is subject to popular election in every other annual election by common shareholders & ratification for a term of 2 years.

The position of the office of the VP of marketing is subject to popular election in every other annual election by common shareholders & ratification for a term of 2 years.
The office of the vice president of marketing is responsible for all marketing activities for the company. The marketing activities define using promotion to specific target market location & demographics for placing the right product, at the right place, at the right time, at the right price. The VP of marketing works closely with the office of the vice president of business development & every office of the board to ensure all public relations activities, marketing communications, advertising, promotion are coordinated to the corporation’s strategic 5 year marketing plan.
Advisory Councils to the Board of Directors (Vacancies):
The board of directors is responsible for the 5 year strategic planning cycle of the corporation that includes assessment of and incorporation of forecasts for trends in the following major areas of strategic interest to the company:
